The online inscription platform for States for the list of speakers for UPR outcomes will be open from Monday, 16 September at 9 a.m. until Thursday, 19 September at 6 p.m. No inscriptions will be possible after this deadline.

Speaking time is 3 minutes for Members and 2 minutes for Observer States. The total speaking time for States is 20 minutes. Therefore, if more than 13 States are inscribed, the speaking time will be divided equally among all speakers and reduced to 1 min and 30 seconds for all. Please refer to the list of speakers for each adoption to learn about the exact speaking time. The lists will be available on Extranet as of 20 September.
