Monday, 2 September, at 4 p.m. and will close
24 hours before the meeting in which the respective debate is scheduled to start.
In exceptional cases, after the online inscription has closed, delegations may still inscribe or withdraw by either approaching the list of speakers desk in room XX or sending an email to ohchr-hrclistofspeakers@un.org.
NHRIs and NGOS are also requested to inscribe online through their respective systems. For additional information on modalities and deadlines:

Speaking time is 2.5 minutes for member States and 1.5 minutes for observer States and other observers. Please also refer to announcements made in Room XX, and through Sched and SMS alert.
